How Roof-Tech Began
Roof-Tech was founded in 2023 by Chad Carlisle and Sam Seaver, veterans in the West Texas roofing business. Both Chad and Sam saw the same issue - untrustworthy roofers charging high prices and subcontracting the project out which led to shoddy work and poor customer satisfaction. Chad and Sam set out to change that by founding Roof-Tech: a West Texas roofing company that does all its work with in-house roofing crews and puts its customers first.

The Amazing Team Behind Roof-Tech
Our team has a combined experience in the roofing industry of more than 80 years. Our team leverages this experience to deliver you incredible results at a fair price. We also ensure fantastic communication and are never more than a phone call (or text) away.
Chad Carlisle was born and raised in Ransom Canyon attending Roosevelt High School and Texas Tech. He brings 9 years of roofing expertise to the table and 35 years business experience in Lubbock as the former owner of Carlisle Motors and Flex Fitness Centers.
Sam Seaver was born and raised in Lubbock attending Frenship High School and Texas Tech. He combines eight years of construction and project management experience, including three years in roofing, with a decade of entrepreneurial ventures.
Stephanie Howerton was born and raised in Lubbock attending Lubbock High Shcool and South Plains College. She combines her 32 years of extensive experience in management, aviation, and the roofing industry with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
